Windows Server: EQ1 Upgrade

On Tuesday 26th Jan 2010 we will be doing a scheduled upgrade to one of our windows servers named: EQ1. This upgrade will commence at approximately 10pm local time (AEDST) and will run until approximately 2am Wednesday 27th Jan.

Customers located on our Windows server EQ1 will lose connectivity with their hosting account. Our engineers will be working towards making this downtime as short as possible, in order to minimise customers downtime.

We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause and ensure we will do our best to provide to you a premium hosting service.

For any questions regarding this, please lodge a ticket from your members portal and one of our staff will be happy to answer any questions.
